According to the Zong users of Hub Allahabad Town Magsi Colony, the industrial heart of Balochistan, Zong internet service has been badly affected in our area for the past several years. In the colony we are facing a lot of problems and difficulties in using zong internet slow speed from last 3 years in this modern age zong company is not providing us full 4G service while zong company is asking us for all 4G. Even after taking all the charges and taxes it is not providing us 4K service while we are obliged to provide 4G service to our customers. Taking after last 3 years of claims of internet accuracy Zong company still not providing us 4G internet service fully due to which all Zong users here are very angry.According to Zong users Zong Company 4G Internet accuracy and claims about correctness have been left step by step even in this modern age, information life is being affected due to Zong company slow internet speed, including our people’s business, children’s education and life needs are also badly affected. We strongly appeal to Pakistan Telecommunication, including the Prime Minister, the President and the Supreme Court of Pakistan, to take immediate notice of the carelessness and stubbornness of the Zong company and to all Zong users here. Compulsory to provide full 4G internet service and heavy fine imposed on Zong company for this reckless negligence and not providing full 4G service to its customers even after collecting all 4G charges and taxes. And the illegally looted money from the customers should be provided to the customers here.
