A divisional youth convention was organized by the Pakistan Muslim League (N) in Tando Adam, attended by Fahad Shafiq, the Coordinator of the Prime Minister’s Youth Program in Sindh, along with other notable participants.
In his address, Fahad Shafiq expressed gratitude to the leadership of the Muslim League (N) for selecting him to address youth issues. He emphasized that daily efforts are being made to resolve the problems faced by the youth and stated that positive outcomes would emerge when the people of Sindh are empowered.
Shafiq highlighted the youth program established in 2013, which provides education, employment, and various other facilities to thousands of young people. He announced the appointment of Nauman Arain as a focal person from Tando Adam and mentioned that aweareness programs would be conducted at various levels.
Additionally, he shared that registered students in madrasas are receiving stipends, laptops, and plans to distribute ten lakh smart devices. Young people will also have access to interest-free loans for purchasing laptops and obtaining loans up to 75 lakh for business and agriculture with minimal interest.
Other speakers, including Raees Anwar Ali Khan Mari and Muhammad Saleem Arain, emphasized the need for practical programs to encourage the abundant talent among the youth of Sindh. They also reiterated the promise made by Nawaz Sharif to establish a university in Tando Adam and stressed the importance of including local leaders in the petroleum committee for the benefit of the region.
They concluded by warning that any government employee who harasses citizens unnecessarily would face dismissal from their position.
