Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Saand) like the rest of the world, observed World Toilet Day to raise awareness about sanitation and hygiene. The day aims to highlight the importance of providing safe and sustainable toilet facilities for all. According to the United Nations, around 3.6 billion people globally lack access to basic sanitation, leading to health issues and environmental pollution.
A seminar was organized by the social organization Qatar Charity at Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Sinjhoro. The event was attended by the Qatar Charity team and Taluka Education Officer, Madam Maroof, who provided insightful awareness to students about hygiene and cleanliness.
Students also performed thematic tablows emphasizing the importance of sanitation. Speakers at the event urged the public to recognize the seriousness of the issue and actively contribute to improving sanitation systems.
The event was attended by a large number of school staff, teachers, and representatives from civil society. Such initiatives aim to create a healthier and cleaner environment for present and future generations.
