QUETTA: The Women Development Sector Plan for the year 2022-27 has been announced in the province.
This was announced in an official notification issued here by the Women Development Department, Government of Balochistan on Monday.
According to the notification, the basic objective behind the Women Development Sector Plan is to eliminate the domestic violence and gender based discrimination through good governance and response to the gender based discriminatory attitude against women.
This is also aimed at empowering women socially, economically and politically in the province, the official hand out mentioned.
