WITH AN OLD WINE IN A NEW BOTTLE – WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OR EXPECTED OUTCOME OF ELECTIONS IN PAKISTAN???????????

QUALIFICATION & CRITERIA IN SEARCH OF AN INTERIM PRIME MINISTER:
A. POLITICAL PUNDITS & THEIR PRIORITIES IN THE SELECTION CRITERIA
Must be a rubber-stamp to use as and where needed without resistance.
Must be blind to overlook rigging of polls.
Must be deaf to avoid listening to public uproar.
Must be either from law enforcement or be a journalist knowing the techniques to hush-up public uproar while rigging poll results.
B. OLIGARCHY’S PREFERENCES
Must avoid public perception of intrusion in promoting favorites, however, restrict anti-establishment leadership from gaining visible electoral mandate.
Keep eyes closed during poll-rigging conducted by a pre-arranged deaf and blind consensus interim set-up.
Facilitate the old wine winning under the new bottles. This is highly disgusting for the people of Pakistan and the fate of a great republic with claim over ideological frontiers.
C. NATIONAL INTERESTS & PREFERENCES
Those tested in the past 50 years in Sindh and Punjab – have they delivered anything to the well-being of the people and the nation?
And those who failed in the 10 years rule in the KPK.
ARE THESE THE CURRENT CHOICES?
If so, then the future is a clear writing on the wall, no different than 1971.
D. END GAME
All national assets will be mostly sold to China soon. The foreign masters will takeover the management of all sensitive borders of Pakistan including ports and airports.
The result will be a new independence movement for freedom and liberty.
Would that succeed?
A million-dollar question!
E. We pray, such things never happen, however genuine risks exist.
F. POINT TO PONDER
Those politicians whose private assets taken out of Pakistan amounts in billions of dollars.
WHY DON’T THEY BRING THESE STOLEN WEALTH BACK TO SAVE PAKISTAN?
WHY ASKING AMERICAN TAXPAYERS MONEY IN THE IMF & WB TO SAVE PAKISTAN?
G. FUTURE PROSPECT
Overseas Pakistanis (who constitute 5 million population) want to know that their contributions in foreign remittance amounts to over 32 billion dollars through banking channels each year in Pakistan’s annual budget of 45 billion dollars.
WHAT IS THE CONTRIBUTION OF 235 million Pakistanis living within Pakistan?
One is afraid of the end game which may result in fiasco and chaos.
H. SUGGESTION
Go for indiscriminate accountability against the entire corrupt lot with 10, 40 and 50 years of political career in wearing old-sherwanis.
Make them examples for anyone daring to become FUTURE-CHOORS-OF-PAKISTAN.
There are dozens and dozens of qualified and competent leaderships to salvage the country.
Bring a man of international confidence who can attract foreign investments, improve trade, and bring rule of law in the country.
