QUETTA: The President Balochistan National Party (BNP) and Member National Assembly, Sardar Akhtar Mengal and Provincial Minister for Home and Tribal Affairs, Mir Ziaullah Langove have come to an understanding to resolve the issues including those related to tribals ones through mutual talks.
While the Provincial Minister for Home Mir Ziaullah Langaove stressed that we would have to find solution of the issues through talks and adopt a way out of the problems in future, Sardar Akhtar Mengal insisted that we want solution of the issues.
Sardar Akhtar Mengal said that the tribal areas have their own traditions. He stressed the need to hold meetings with dwellers of the areas and ask them about their issues and affairs.
The BNP chief maintained that it is responsibility of the government to resolve the issues.
Mir Ziaullah Langove was in interaction with Sardar Akhtar Mengal during his visit to Wadh area of Khuzdar on Thursday.
Mir Ziaullah Langove reached Wadh to meet personally to Sardar Akhtar Mengal over the tribal and other issues.
Also accompanied with him were the members of provincial Assembly, Mir Zabid Ali Reki and Mir Younas Aziz Zehri, Inspector General of Police, Abdul Khaliq Sheikh and Commissioner Kalat Division, Dawood Khilji.
Moreover, present in the meeting were also the Member of Assembly of BNP, Mir Ahmed Nawaz Baloch, Sardar Aslam Bizenjo, Sardar Asad Mengal, religious leaders and other tribal notables.
Inspector General of Police and Commissioner Kalat Division briefed the participants about the overall situation.
Speaking on the occasion, Mir Ziaullah Langove said that a committee headed by IGP would be constituted.
He also directed to make coordination with all concerned on daily basis.
He said that we would restore the government’s writ at every cost, and no one challenging the writ would be spared.
He, however, expressed his dismay over the complaints of extortion directing the concerned quarters to take steps against those involved in the crime. In addition to this, stern action should also be taken against those involved in kidnapping for ransom and assassination, and if the administration failed to do the needful, he would take action against it (administration), he warned.
Solution of the issues should be ensured, adding he stressed. He asserted that the roads and bazaars should not be let closed forcibly.
