QUETTA: Two independent candidates who were elected from Quetta and Chaman including Muhammad Wali Noorzai and Abdul Khaliq Achakzai announced to join the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).
They made announcement about joining PML-N during their meeting with the central president of party, Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif in Lahore on Tuesday.
Also present in the meeting were the provincial President of PML-N, Sheikh Jaffar Khan Mandokhail and other provincial leaders including Jamal Shah Kakar, besides the party’s senior leaders.
It may be mentioned here that six independent members were elected on the provincial assembly seats from Balochistan. They were Wali Noorzai, Abdul Khaliq Achakzai, Bakht Muhammad Kakar, Asfandyar Kakar, Liaquat Lehri and Molvi Noorullah.
Out of them, three independent candidates including Asfandyar Kakar, Liaquat Lehri and Molvi Noorullah have already joined the Pakistan Peoples Party.
