Lahore,  : Provincial Minister of Mines and Minerals Ibrahim Hassan Murad said that in all government departments, according to the vision of the Chief Minister of Punjab, moving towards paperless so that the journey of development can be set quickly by benefiting from modern e-technology. The provincial minister expressed these views while presiding over a departmental meeting of the Department of Mines and Minerals in his camp office on Monday. The meeting was attended by DG Mines and Minerals, PITB management and other concerned persons. In the meeting, a detailed review of the future e-auction process in the Department of Mines and Minerals was taken. The provincial minister was told during the briefing that all the auctions will be digitized through e-auction while hundred percent transparency is being ensured. Further briefing informed that E-auction will play an excellent role in mining and minerals bidding as the bidder will participate in the auction without appearing in public. A fix time of auction is fixed, it cannot be postponed. On this occasion, the provincial minister said that we all should understand the importance of e-bidding. Bring the same system in other departments along with Mines and Minerals Department. without a doubt there are less flaws in the e-bidding system. The provincial minister said that the e-auction system will be introduced soon in the transport and livestock departments, but the trial fee should be completed in the mines and minerals department as soon as possible.
