QUETTA: Two judges of Balochistan High Court (BHC) have been appointed for hearing of the appeals against acceptance or rejection of the nomination papers of the candidates in the province.
According to the Election Commission of Pakistan, Judges of the High Court including Mr. Justice Hashim Khan Kakar and Mr Justice Muhammad Aamir Nawaz Rana have been appointed for hearing of the appeals.
Mr Justice Hashim Kakar would hear the appeals regarding the seats of National Assembly and those reserved there.
Similarly, Mr Justice Aamir Nawaz Rana would be hearing the appeals about the General and reserved seats of the Balochistan Assembly.
It may be mentioned here that the process of scrutiny of the nomination papers of candidates was completed on Saturday.
