TRIBUTE TO KARSAZ MARTYRS: PROVINCIAL HEALTH MINISTER

Provincial Health Minister Bakht Muhammad Kakar paid tribute to the martyrs of the Karsaz incident, calling October 18, 2007, a heartbreaking day in Pakistan’s history. On that day, 177 people were martyred and hundreds injured in a tragic event.

Minister Kakar emphasized that the sacrifices made were for the survival of democracy and the rights of the people, and that the martyrs will always be remembered. He further stated that the blood of these martyrs strengthened Pakistan’s democratic struggle and united the nation, rather than weakening its resolve.
