Larkana, Sept 11: A seminar on tree planting was organized at the Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Medical University’s (SMBBMU) Arija campus, featuring experts in the field. The event was presided over by Prof. Dr. Nusrat Shah, Vice Chancellor of SMBBMU, and attended by notable guests including Prof. Fateh Muhammad Marri, Vice Chancellor of Sindh Agricultural University, Tando Jam.
In his address, Prof. Marri emphasized the importance of tree planting and its positive impact on the environment. Other speakers, including agricultural experts Prof. Noor Nisa Memon, Prof. Inayatullah Rajpar, and Forest Department Officer Arshad Haider, shared their insights on the topic.
The seminar aimed to raise awareness about the significance of tree planting and its role in maintaining ecological balance. The event was part of SMBBMU’s efforts to promote environmental sustainability and engage with the community on critical issues.
