QUETTA: The train service was resumed after four days of suspension from Quetta Railway Station when Jaffar Express departed for Peshawar on Friday morning.
The senior officials of Pakistan Railways Quetta were present on occasion of the restoration of train service from the Quetta Railway Station.
The Jaffar Express departed for Peshawar carrying over 250 passengers in seven coaches.
It may be mentioned here that the train service was suspended from Quetta for interior country due to the security reasons on November 11.
The Bolan Mail and Chaman Passenger trains have not been restored yet.
A suicide blast was occurred at the main platform of Quetta Railway Station on November 10 that had claimed lives of 28 persons. In all 61 passengers were also injured in the tragic blast at the Railway Station.
