QUETTA: As many as three passengers died while 108 others injured in 60 traffic accidents reported on different national highways in Balochistan on a single day of Wednesday.
According to the report of Medical Emergency Response Center (MERC) shared on Thursday, highest number of road accidents i..e, 29 were reported on N-25, Chaman-Quetta-Karachi highway.
In these accidents, one person died while 59 others injured. Similarly, a total of 22 road mishaps were reported on N-50, Quetta-Kuchlak-Zhob-Dera Ismail Khan highway.
Two passengers died while 33 others got injured in the road accidents occurred on N-50 highway.
As per the MERC report, its centers located on different highways responded to the accidents and provided necessary medical aid there.
