Islamabad (July 24, 2023) Vice President of FPCCI Umar Masood ur Rehman had a meeting with Governor Sindh Kamran Tesori at Governor House Sindh yesterday. On this occasion, various issues including the country’s economic challenges, and problems faced by the business community were discussed in detail. During the meeting, Governor Sindh Kamran Tesori said that industrialists and businessmen have a key role in the economic and industrial development of the country and assured all possible support for industrial and business activities. He further said that FPCCI has always been on the front for the economic development of Pakistan, solving the problems of the business community, as the governor I am always behind them and will never leave the business community alone. The Governor said that the industrialists and traders have a key role in the national economy by creating employment opportunities for the people of the country and earning foreign exchange for the country. Governor Kamran Tesori paid tribute to FPCCI Vice President Umar Masood ur Rahman for his excellent services to the business community at this age and said that young people like Umar Masood ur Rahman are the bright face of this country. He praised that Umar Masood ur Rahman is nothing less than a blessing for the business community of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and he is an example for the youth. Governor Sindh also presented a shield to Umar Masood ur Rahman on this occasion. Speaking on this occasion, Umar Masood ur Rahman thanked Sindh Governor Kamran Tesuri and said that it is a great honour for the business community of Pakistan that a businessman like Kamran Tesuri was made the governor of Sindh, similarly Haji Ghulam Ali from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was made the governor. He said that being a businessman the Governor of Sindh is well aware of the business, commercial, industrial and financial challenges of the country and he has a keen eye on the affairs of Sindh province in particular. He further said that Kamran Tesori is an excellent choice to be a Governor of Sindh in future also.
