The final disposition of the State of Jammu and Kashmir will be made in accordance with the will of the people expressed through the democratic method of a free and impartial plebiscite conducted under the auspices of the United Nations (UN Security Council Resolution 91 (1951)

Jammu and Kashmir dispute remains unresolved due to India’s non-compliance and non-implementation of the UNSC resolutions.

Kashmiri people must be allowed to exercise their inalienable right to self-determination as promised to them by the international community and the United Nations.
