The Election Commission of Pakistan has banned appointments, recruitiments and transfers in all government departments.

Peshawar : An ongoing letter has been issued by secretary Election Commission of Pakistan to Federal and Provincials caretaker governments.The Election Commission of Pakistan has imposed a ban on recruitment in federal, provincial and local institutions.The Election Commission has also ordered to terminate the employment of political figures recruited in all federal & provincial government institutions.The federal and provincial Supervisory caretaker governments should run the affairs on a daily basis according to the law. In the ongoing letter of the Secretary Election Commission, it has also been explained that the supervisory caretaker governments will be authorized to implement the existing international and bilateral agreements under the law.
