Peshawar : On the clear directions of Inspector General of Police Akhtar Hayat Khan Gandapur and on the special instructions of Mohammad Suleman Khan Regional Police Officer Mardan under the direct supervision of District Police Officer Nasir Mehmood, the 7-day anti-narcotics campaign has reached completion. SDPOs, SHOs themselves were engaged in the field operations against the drug dealers. In addition to actions against the elements who undermined the roots of the nation’s builders, seminars were organized in schools and colleges to inform the young generation about the dangerous side effects for health of ice and other drugs.The message of the district police officer was conveyed to the children and elders of the streets, villages and the city, that be refuse drugs and love with life. Meetings were held with the clerics, the elders of the area, and the business community, and they were urged to play their role.The following drug dealers were arrested namely Tuqeer son of Safdar resident of Zarinabad Kalan, Raees son of Sher Rehman resident of Swabi, Riaz son of Zafar resident of Adamzai, Gohar son of Raees resident of Adamzai, Syed Maluk son of Zubair Haider resident of Bara residence Jalozai, Kamran son of Fazal Subhan resident of Azakhel Payan, Masood son of Ahmad Shah. Resident Shedu, Nazar Ali son of Jamal resident of Zara Mina, Sultan Zeb son of Abdul Sattar resident of Rashkai, Sayal Muhammad son of Khan Muhammad resident of Mesri Banda are included. On this occasion, the District Police Officer said that the proceedings against the drug dealer will continue forever.
