Report… Thatta Police have successfully thwarted an attempt to smuggle gutka material, arresting a suspect and confiscating a significant quantity of contraband.
Details of the Operation:*
– 40 kg of gutka material and 200 packets of gutka mava were seized.
– One Suzuki pickup, bearing registration number KN-2243, was impounded.
– The suspect, Nooruddin Pathan, was taken into custody.
The operation was conducted under the directives of IGP Sindh Ghulam Nabi Memon and DIG Hyderabad Range Tariq Razzaq Dharejo. SSP Thatta Dr. Muhammad Imran Khan ordered the crackdown on drug peddlers, habitual criminals, and gutka smugglers.:*A case has been registered against the suspect at Thana Dehaji under relevant sections.
