Thatta, Nov. 13, Following directives from IG Sindh Ghulam Nabi Memon and DIG Hyderabad Range Tariq Razzaq Dahri, Thatta Police, under SSP Dr. Muhammad Imran Khan, launched a crackdown on narcotics, crime-prone elements, habitual offenders, and absconders.
In various operations, Thatta Police arrested 10 gutka sellers and 5 narcotics peddlers, recovering:
– 2,965 packets of gutka
– 450 grams of charas
– 4 pints of liquor
– 4 quarters of liquor
– 89 bags of local wine
Cases have been registered against the arrested individuals under the Gutka Act, Narcotics Act, and relevant laws.
