TEACHERS PROTEST AGAINST EDUCATION MINISTER IN TANDO ADAM

Sanghar September 5, A protest rally was held in Tando Adam, led by Lakha Dino Khaskheli, president of the Primary Teachers Association (P.T.A) Tando Adam, in response to a call from the P.T.A Central.

Teachers marched from the Government Boys Sindhi Main Primary School to the Press Club, wearing black armbands and staged a demonstration in front of the Press Club, chanting slogans. The protesters criticized Provincial Education Minister Sardar Shah for his alleged unjust treatment of teachers, including fake tests and attempts to remove them forcefully.

The protesters, led by Lakha Dino Khaskheli, condemned the minister’s behavior and highlighted the lack of basic facilities in schools, such as furniture and complete textbooks, which is affecting students’ education. They demanded the provision of basic facilities in schools and the removal of Education Minister Sardar Shah.

The protest was part of a larger movement by the P.T.A Central, seeking better working conditions and treatment for teachers across the province.
