SPEAKER PAYS TRIBUTE TO HAVALDAR LALAK JAN SHAHEED ON 25TH MARTYRDOM ANNIVERSARY

ISLAMABAD,(independent Report) JULY 7, Speaker of the National Asembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq today paid tribute to Havaldar Lalak Jan Shaheed (Nishan-e-Haider) on the 25th anniversary of his martyrdom.

In a message, the Speaker said, “I pay tribute to Havaldar Lalak Jan Shaheed (Nishan-e-Haider) on his 25th martyrdom anniversary. He wrote an unparalleled story of bravery and courage on the battlefield of Kargil, sacrificing his life for the defense of the motherland. His name will remain alive and eternal in history.”

The Speaker also saluted the heroes who have given the ultimate sacrifice for the country’s survival, saying, “The nation is proud of its brave sons like Havaldar Lalak Jan Shaheed.”

Havaldar Lalak Jan Shaheed was a Pakistani soldier who was awarded the Nishan-e-Haider, the country’s highest military honor, for his bravery during the Kargil War. His martyrdom anniversary is observed on July 7 every year.
