SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS GET BOOST AS PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT HOLDS REVIEW MEETING

Quetta, August 6, 2024: The Public Health Department of the Government of Balochistan held a review meeting on the progress of socio-economic development projects in the province.

The meeting, chaired by Provincial Secretary Public Health Engineering, Engr. Imran Gichki, was attended by Project Coordinator Balochistan Socio-Economic Development, Shahzad Hasan Jafar, Additional Secretary PHE, Zafar Baloch, and Deputy Secretary Development, Tanveer Jamote.

The meeting discussed the progress of all projects under the Public Health Engineering sector in detail. Secretary Public Health Engineering, Imran Gichki, directed the completion of projects within the approved timeframe.

He also issued instructions for the preparation of Phase 2 of the projects. Emphasizing the importance of these projects, the Secretary said that their timely completion would pave the way for development and prosperity in the province.

The department’s officers briefed the meeting on the progress of various water supply projects under the Balochistan Socio-Economic Development Project.
