SM TANVIR’S VISITS BHAWALPUR INDUSTRIAL ESTATE AND REVIEWS THE PROGRESS ON THE DEVELOPMENT WORKS

Lahore  : Provincial Minister of Industries and Commerce SM Tanveer visited Bhawalpur Industrial Estate and reviewed the progress on the development works. Bhawalpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Zulfiqar Ali Khan, Vice President Chaudhry Jabbar, Deputy Commissioner Bhawalpur Zaheer Anwar Jappa and other relevant officers were also present in the briefing session.
Provincial Minister for Industries and Commerce SM Tanveer directed to further gear-up development works in Bhawalpur Industrial Estate and said that all the development works should be completed by the end of this year. He said that industrialization will reduce the economic problems and people will get employment. The provincial minister said that the Chamber of Commerce and Industry should give suggestions regarding speeding up the process of industrialization.
Later, the Provincial Minister of Industries and Commerce visited the flood-affected areas of Bhawalpur and reviewed the flood situation, Provincial Minister reviewed the rescue operations and relief activities of the flood victims, Provincial Minister visited health relief camp and the tent village and inquired about the relief activities and the facilities being given to the flood victims. The provincial minister also gave necessary instructions to the district administration about the rescue and relief activities.
