According to family sources, the missing youth belong to the family of Molana Manzoor Ahmed Mengal, the provincial convener of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam. The youth were in contact with their families until they reached the Dhrigri area, but no contact has been made since then. Despite the passage of two days, no contact has been made with the missing youth.

The families of the missing youth contacted the district administration of Mastung, after which the administration sprang into action and started searching for the missing individuals. The search operation is being led by Assistant Commissioner Mastung Muhammad Akram Haqqani, SHO Levies Thana Dhrigri, Major Rashid Ali Zai, and other officials. CCTV cameras have been installed at various locations, including Kank Khas, Sheikh Wasal, Barg Tap, and Tool Plaza, to trace the missing youth.”
