Sir Syed University conducted Hajj balloting for employees 2 lucky employees declared eligible according to the draws

KARACHI,  – Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology held Hajj Balloting for the employees to perform Hajj at the University’s expense and 2 employees were declared successful for the Hajj pilgrimage.
The Hajj balloting ceremony was presided over by the Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Vali Uddin. According to the draws, Dr. Anam Akbar (Assistant Professor, Computer Science & IT) and Mr. Muhammad Zubair, (Laboratory Attendant, Electronic Engineering Department) were declared eligible for the hajj pilgrimage, while Dr. Hira Abbasi (Lecturer, Electronic Engineering Department) and Salman (Office Assistant, Students Affairs) have been selected as standby candidates.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Vali Uddin congratulated both lucky employees who were declared successful in the Hajj balloting. We hope to increase the number of employees for next Hajj. He urged them to pray for the prosperity of the university, country, and Muslim ummah during Hajj. Registrar Cdre. (R) Syed Sarfraz Ali conducted the event.
