Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has issued directives to all departments, especially administration and municipal authorities, to remain vigilant and take necessary precautions in light of the heavy rainfall warning. The CM has ordered all hospitals to improve their arrangements and ensure staff presence. He has also instructed the Fisheries Department to issue guidelines for fishermen due to the unusual sea conditions.
The CM has directed the Irrigation Department to monitor the condition of rivers, canals, and other waterways. The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) has predicted heavy rainfall in most districts of Sindh. The CM has ordered all necessary preparations to be completed to tackle the emergency situation.
