PESHAWAR- Prof. Dr. Muhammad Abrar, the former registrar of Islamia College University, Peshawar, has been selected to lecture at the Department of Physics during the second international conference on emerging trends in physics. The conference, with a theme focused on Energy Storage Devices, was hosted by Islamia College University in Bahawalpur, Pakistan. This prestigious event was organized in collaboration with Queen Mary University of London, UK, and Islamia University, Bahawalpur, Pakistan. Among the notable participants were Prof. Dr. Muhammad Abrar, Prof. Alan Drew from the UK, Prof. David Dunstan, and Prof. Elizabeth. The collaboration between the universities underscores the importance of international academic partnerships. Dr. Muhammad Abrar, who earned his PhD from Queen Mary University of London under the joint supervision of Prof. David Dunstan, was invited as a guest speaker. His lecture on “Magnetic Junctions in Nanowires for Energy Saving and Environmentally Friendly Magnetic Refrigeration” offered groundbreaking insights into the field of nanotechnology. Both collaborating universities expressed their pleasure in hosting Dr. Abrar, whose expertise significantly contributed to the discourse on advanced energy storage solutions and sustainable technologies at the conference.
