Shangla’s 30-Year Political Feud Ends, N League’s Amir Muqam Hails Reconciliation

A 30-year-long political rivalry between two influential families in Shangla, Haji Muhammad Ayub Khan and Amir Zarin Tehsildar, has finally come to an end. Federal Minister and Provincial N League President Engineer Amir Muqam welcomed the unity, expressing gratitude to those who brokered peace

 

Amir Muqam stated that he’s thankful to the people of Shangla for the respect they’ve given him, and he’ll always prioritize their interests above personal gains. He highlighted his 22-year political career, noting that during his four months in the provincial government, he approved multi-billion rupee projects ¹.

 

Muqam also mentioned that he has always stood by the people of Shangla through thick and thin, whether it was during terrorism, earthquakes, or floods. He assured that he’ll continue to support them in the future.

 

This reconciliation marks a significant development in Shangla’s politics, and Amir Muqam’s leadership played a crucial role in bringing the two families together.
