Shakarpur, August 4: The Shakarpur Police have recovered a stolen XLi car after an encounter, and handed it over to its owner.
The car, bearing registration number AJH-633, was stolen from Marzapur Link Road by armed men. DSP Mediji Shakeel Ahmed Pathan traced the stolen car and, along with SHO Mediji and other police personnel, recovered the car after an encounter in Mediji Katcha.
The recovered car was verified and returned to its rightful owner, who expressed gratitude to SSP Shakarpur Shahzib Chachar and his team. SSP Shakarpur Shahzib Chachar commended the police team and announced cash rewards and certificates for their excellent work.
The police team’s efforts have ensured the recovery of stolen goods and brought relief to the affected citizens.
