QUETTA: The spokesman, Government of Balochistan, Shahid Rind has condemned the attack at anti-polio team in Chaman on Monday.
According to an official statement issued here on Monday, the spokesman of provincial government said that four Levies personnels were injured in the attack at anti-polio team in Chaman.
The assailants made an attempt to snatch weapons from the Levies cops and anti-polio vaccine from the anti-polio team working in an area of Chaman, the spokesman of provincial government mentioned.
Shahid Rind said that the district administration is taking action against those involved in the incident.
He announced that the case would be registered against the elements under the Anti-Terrorism Act.
He said that the law would take its course in the incident. He said that protest is a constitutional right, but if the course of violence is adopted then the State would take action in accordance with the law.
He asserted that no would be allowed to take law in one’s hand at all.
