Larkana, Oct 20 – In a bold move, Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) under the WAPDA department has continued its massive operation against electricity thieves and non-payers, despite the weekend holidays. Led by Larkana, Qamber Shahdadkot, Ratodero, Baqrani, and Dokri, the operation targeted small and big cities, towns, and villages, resulting in the disconnection of thousands of illegal electricity hooks ¹.
SEPCO Sukkur Superintendent Engineer Shah Mohammad Bajkani revealed that the company aims to recover a staggering debt of 42 billion rupees from electricity thieves and defaulters. The ongoing campaign will persist until the issue is resolved ¹.
