Security plan to be revisited, passengers to be protected at highways, asserts CM

QUETTA: While strongly condemning the assassination of nine persons from Punjab in Noshki, the Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Ahmed Bugti has stated that he is ashamed as Baloch on such type of manslaughter occurred in Noshki.
He was speaking to the media persons after the funeral prayer of deceased at the Police Line Quetta on Saturday evening.
The Chief Minister said that he said that terrorists are terrorists, whether they are Balochs or otherwise. They would be called as terrorists, not Baloch, he added.
He said the inquiry of the Noshki gory incident is being conducted and those involved in it would be taken to task.
He said that every Pakistani would be protected. In this regard, safety of passengers would be ensured at the national highways, adding he assured.
The Chief Minister also announced to take revenge of the blood of martyrs of Noshki.
He said that the security plan would also be revisited ensuring protection of the people in the province particularly on the national highways. While the check posts of FC, Police and Levies force would be established once again, he added. Moreover, the joint patrolling of the law enforcement agencies would also be done.
He also announced to give political ownership to the security forces so as to up their morale.
However, there would be no dialogue with those involved in the killing of innocent people in the province, he asserted.
