Security plan & other arrangements reviewed for Youme Ali (RA)

QUETTA: The security plan and other necessary arrangements were reviewed for observance of the martyrdom day of Hazrat Ali (RA) in Quetta on Friday.
In this regard, a meeting was held with Deputy Inspector General of Police, Abdul Hayee in the chair here. Deputy Commissioner Quetta, Saad bin Asad, SSP operation, Jawad Ahmed Dogar, other concerned high ups and members of the peace committee participated in the meeting.
The participants discussed the security plan and other arrangements made and being made for the Youme Ali (RA) in Quetta.
Speaking on the occasion, DIG Police said that under the security plan, the police jawans and officers would be deployed on the occasion to avert any untoward incident.
He said that the deployment would be made for security of majalis and processions to be taken out on the day.
The Deputy Commissioner Quetta stressed the need to ensure law and order, cleanliness and other arrangements on occasion of Youme Ali (RA) in the district.
He also urged the religious leaders of all schools of thoughts to cooperate and remain in contact with the administration and other concerned organizations to maintain law and order on Youme Ali (RA).
Moreover, it was stressed to maintain peaceful environment and complete harmony on the day. It may be mentioned here that the Youme Ali (RA) would be observed on 21st Ramadanul Mubarak.
