Rawalpindi, August 30, 2024 – In response to recent terrorist attacks targeting innocent civilians in Balochistan, security forces have launched extensive intelligence-based operations (IBOs) to hunt down the perpetrators. In three separate IBOs conducted on the night of August 29-30 in District Kech, Panjgur, and Zhob, five terrorists were killed and three injured in intense fire exchanges.
The security forces are determined to bring all perpetrators, facilitators, and abetters of these heinous acts to justice, and sanitization operations will continue until this goal is achieved. The Pakistan military, in step with the nation, remains committed to thwarting attempts to sabotage peace, stability, and progress in Balochistan.
This operation is a testament to the security forces’ resolve to protect the citizens of Pakistan and ensure that those responsible for terrorist activities are held accountable. The nation stands united with the security forces in this fight against terrorism.
