QUETTA: The process of scrutiny of nomination papers of the candidates contesting elections on the seats of national and provincial assemblies has been completed on Saturday.
According to the sources of Provincial Election Commissioner’s office, the scrutiny of nomination papers of the candidates for NA-262, NA-263 and NA-264 has been completed.
It may be mentioned here that a total of 54 candidates had filed their nomination papers on NA-262, Quetta-I.
Similarly, the scrutiny of papers of 55 candidates for NA-263, Quetta-II was completed.
A total of 65 candidates had filed nominations for NA-263, Quetta-II.
Moreover, the scrutiny of nomination papers of 40 out of total 47 candidates has been completed.
The scrutiny of papers of the candidates was done by the returning officers of concerned constituencies of National Assembly from Quetta.
