RIGHT TO LIFE CANNOT BE UNDERMINED: CHIEF MINISTER MARYAM NAWAZ SHARIF

Lahore,  : Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif takes strict notice of incidents of kite flying and string injuries in different cities of Punjab including Sheikhupura, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala and Faisalabad.

The Chief Minister sought reports from IG Punjab, and district administrations of the cities concerned to explain why kite flying is going on despite ban.

Madam Chief Minister has also appealed to the citizens to respect human lives, as right to life and property of people cannot be sacrificed to their right for entertainment.

The Chief Minister expressed sympathy with the injured and prayed for their quick recovery.
