Quetta traders observe shutter  down against non-recovery  of missing Musawar Khan

QUETTA: The shutter down strike was observed by the traders’ community against non-recovery of the missing 10-year child, Musawar Khan in the provincial metropolis on Tuesday.

All the main business concerns, markets and shops remain closed because of the shutter down strike in the metropolis.

It may be mentioned here the call for shutter down strike was given by Markazi Anjuman Tajran Balochistan to press the government and administration for early recovery of the child kidnapped from Patel Bagh area of Quetta on Friday last.

Almost all the political and religious parties announced their wholehearted support to the traders for observance of the shutter down strike.

While the shutters of shops and markets remained down, the flow of traffic also remained thin in the main and other areas of the city due to the strike.

Meanwhile, the protest sit-in remain continued on third consecutive day i..e, Tuesday by the family members of the kidnapped child and traders at the Unity chowk.

The members of the family and other people from different walks of life participated in the dharna being staged for recovery of Musawar Khan.

On the other hand, the family members and traders community lodged protest outside the provincial assembly the same afternoon.

They demanded of the government to ensure safe recovery of the kidnapped child at the earliest.
