Provincial Task Force of BA formed to implement, monitor & review progress of SDGs of UN

QUETTA: The Provincial Task Force of Balochistan Assembly has been formed for implementation on the sustainable development goals of (SDGs) of the United Nations, their monitoring and review.
According to an official hand out issued here on Thursday, the Provincial Task Force has been formed by the Speaker Provincial Assembly, Captain (Retd) Abdul Khaliq Achakzai.
The Advisor to Chief Minister for Women Development, Dr. Rubaba Khan Buledi would lead the Provincial Task Force as its convenor.
The Task Force of Provincial Assembly is consisted of 17 members of the assembly belonging to treasury and Opposition benches.
They are included Provincial Ministers, Noor Muhammad Dummar, Mir Muhammad Sadiq Umrani, Mir Saleem Ahmed Khosa, Ms. Raheela Hameed Khan Durrani, Mir Zahoor Ahmed Buledi, Bakht Muhammad Kakar, Sardarzada Faisal Khan Jamali, parliamentary secretaries, Mir Muhammad Khan Lehri and Nawabzada Zarin Khan Magsi, leader of Opposition, Mir Younas Aziz Zehri, Ghulam Dastagir Badini, Muhammad Nawaz, Rehmat Saleh Baloch, Prince Agha Umar Ahmedzai, Ravi Kumar and Ms. Shahida Rauf.
The representatives of all parliamentary parties have been included in the Provincial Task Force so that the measures could be taken within the due timeframe after implementing the SDGs and reviewing the same with mutual consultation and consensus as per the global commitment
