Provincial Advisor for Labor and Manpower, Sardar Baba Ghulam Rasool Umrani, Visits Flood-Affected Areas in Nasirabad

Provincial Advisor for Labor and Manpower, Sardar Baba Ghulam Rasool Umrani, visited the flood-affected areas of Goth Gul Hasan Manjho, Goth Piyara Khan, Goth Shah Nawaz Bhutto, Goth Waryam Manjho, Goth Ghulam Hussain Rind, and Goth Shah Nawaz Manjho in Nasirabad district.

The flood victims expressed their gratitude to the Provincial Advisor for his visit and apprised him of their problems in detail. Sardar Baba Ghulam Rasool Umrani assured them that the government would provide all possible assistance to the flood-affected people and would not leave them alone in this difficult time.

He said that serving the people in difficult times is their top priority, and they would not disappoint the people. He added that the government is utilizing all its resources to help the affected people, as per the directives of Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sardar Faraz Bugti.

Initially, food items, medicines, and tents are being provided to the flood victims, and more aid is being arranged through PDMA. He assured the people that they would not be left alone and all possible steps would be taken to alleviate their sufferings.

Sardar Baba Ghulam Rasool Umrani also expressed concern over the situation in Manjho Nallah, which is filled with floodwater and poses a threat to other villages. He stressed the need for the Irrigation Department to take solid measures to reduce the water pressure and alleviate the fear among the people. He assured that they are in contact with the Irrigation Department officials and immediate actions would be taken to benefit the people through government efforts.
