A protest rally was held at the Landi Kotal Chowk on the Pak-Afghan Highway, where speakers demanded justice for the killers of journalist Khalil Jibrani and the implementation of the martyrs’ package.
The protesters, including MNA Iqbal Afridi, Shah Hussain Shinwari, Murad Hussain Afridi, Malik Abrar Zakhakhel, Shah Rukhman Shinwari, Zia-ul-Haq Afridi, Aftab Shinwari, and Hussain Afridi, condemned the brutal murder of Khalil Jibrani and the recent arson attack on his market.
They criticized the law enforcement agencies and police for their inaction and failure to arrest the culprits. The protesters vowed to continue their protest until their demands are met and the killers are brought to justice.
