LARKANA : In Larkana, the hottest district of Upper Sindh , a protest rally was taken out from Qazi Fazlullah Park Ghanti Phatak by “Larkana Social Ittehad” against the illegal loading daily 20 hours by WAPDA authorities . There were banners on which the slogans of WAPDA’s injustice were recorded. Addressing the protests public on this occasion, the leaders of Larkana Social Ittehad , Hafiz Bashir Ahmad Sheikh Hussaini, Mir Liaquat Ali Khan Umrani, Dr. Tariq Soomro and others protested and said that the incompetent officials of WAPDA Over 600,000 people in the district have been brutalized, especially by WAPDA. Load-shedding and over-billing, deduction billing and filing cases against honorable citizens has become the end of oppression, including the businessmen and business community. WAPDA is oppressing the people of every school of thought. They are struggling with both hands. There is a separate loading of gas. The people who suffer in the heat all day long stay awake at night because of the lack of electricity. After all, why is there such cruelty of Wapda for people?. Further said to stop the oppression of the residents and take notice and solve the problems, otherwise the scope of the protest will be increased.
