QUETTA: The crucial project of fruit and vegetable market Chaman has entered the final stages of completion.
The sources of Planning and Development Department, Government of Balochistan informed that the vital project is likely to be formally inaugurated in mid February next year.
It may be mentioned here that the caretaker Chief Minister Mir Ali Mardan Domki had taken special interest in the project of fruit and vegetable market in the border town Chaman and directed to the concerned authorities to complete it at the earliest.
According to the official sources of planning and development department, the state of the art project being constructed with mutual financial cooperation and partnership of the federal and provincial governments.
The project would play important role in sociology-economic development of the province.
The project that would cost Rs 1656.936 million would include truck & bus terminals, taxi stand,
Dual road and mosque.
