President Tehreek Tahafuz Ayeen-e-Pakistan says our alliance aimed at ensuring rule of people; we want supremacy of parliament; vow to form new Pakistan with power of people

QUETTA: President Tehreek Tahafuz Ayeen-e-Pakistan (TTAP) and Chairman Pashtoonkhaw Milli Awami Party (PkMAP), Mehmood Khan Achakzai has stated that our movement is aimed at ensuring rule of people in the country.
He said that we want to make such Pakistan where there is supremacy of parliament and rule of people. We also want to make such Pakistan where there people are free and independent.
He said that we are against terrorism in the country, but would not let anyone to occupy our resources in the name of any operation.
He said that we want hold of the people on the resources of their land. There should be first right of the nationalities on their resources.
Mehmood Khan Achakzai was addressing the grand protest public meeting organized by the opposition parties alliance at Bacha Khan Chowk here on Friday evening.
The leaders of different opposition parties including Balochistan National Party, Pashtoonkhaw Milli Awami Party, Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf, Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslameen and others participated in the public meeting.
While presiding over the public meeting, Mehmood Khan Achakzai said that our alliance is not meant for insulting anyone.
He lamented the wrong policies of the rulers saying that Pakistan has reached this brink due to the wrong policies.
He said that we want such Pakistan in which no institution has permission to interfere. He asserted that we would form new Pakistan with power of masses.
He called the present rulers as thieves saying that they have sold the public assemblies.
He said that it is essential for us to love our country and land.
He strongly criticized the move of rulers regarding banning PTI in the country. He said that we have not been told yet how the country was dismantled in 1971.
He said that all politicians are involved in weakening the country. This is why we have to mend our way in future, adding he stressed.
Mehmood Khan Achakzai also suggested to form national government for three months and then hand over the government to new elected representatives by holding general elections after three months.
Earlier, the grand rally was taken out under leadership of Mehmood Khan Achakzai from the lawns of Quetta Metropolitan Corporation.
The rally passed through Adalat road, Shahrah-e-Iqbal and terminated at Bacha Khan Chowk where public meeting was held.
The prominent leaders of opposition parties including Sajid Tareen Advocate, Abdul Rahim Ziaratwal, Dr. Hamid Achakzai, Provincial President of PTI, Dawood Shah Kakar, Malik Naseer Shahwani and others.
