Practical steps being taken to promote tourism in Balochistan: Governor

QUETTA: The Governor Balochistan, Jaffar Khan Mandokhail has stated that practical steps are being taken for promotion of tourism in the country especially Balochistan due to the special interest of Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif.
This, the Governor stated in a special video message issued on eve of the World Tourism Day observed on Friday.
The Governor was in the famous and historic place of Quaid-e-Azam Residency on Friday.
The Governor said that different areas of Balochistan can become new attractive and profitable centers for tourism. He referred to the natural scenes, over 700 kilometers long coastal belt, rocks and mountains, fertile land of Mehr Garh and deserts found across Balochistan.
It may be mentioned here that World Tourism Day is observed on 27th September every year all over the globe and so in Pakistan.
