Quetta, July 8, 2024: Prime Minister of Pakistan, Shehbaz Sharif, arrived in Quetta today for a one-day visit. He was welcomed at Quetta Airport by Governor Balochistan, Jaffar Khan Mandokhail, Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Safraz Bugti, and provincial ministers and assembly members.
During his visit, the Prime Minister will be briefed on the latest situation in the province and ongoing development projects. He will also inaugurate the solarization of tube wells in Balochistan.
Separate meetings are scheduled between the Prime Minister and the Governor of Balochistan, as well as the provincial cabinet at the Governor’s House. A delegation of provincial leaders from the Pakistan Muslim League (N) will also meet with the Prime Minister.
