Quetta: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Quetta today, and Parliamentary Secretary for Social Welfare, Haji Wali Muhammad Noorzai, extended a warm welcome to him. Noorzai requested special attention to Balochistan’s issues, including land ownership, gas, and load shedding.
Noorzai expressed hope that the Prime Minister would take effective measures to address the unique challenges faced by Balochistan, acknowledging the province’s distinct problems. He emphasized the importance of resolving farmers’ issues, noting agriculture is the primary source of income for most of the population.
Noorzai urged the Prime Minister to take concrete steps to address electricity, gas, and land ownership issues in Balochistan. He stressed that the development of any region depends on its communication system and federal government support is essential for improving Balochistan’s communication network.
Muslim League (N) workers welcomed the Prime Minister’s visit, hoping it will lead to a swift resolution of the province’s issues.
