Peshawar, , – The Peshawar Police Department held a public meeting at the Mathra Police Station yesterday, reaffirming their commitment to protecting the lives and property of citizens.
Led by Superintendent of Police (SP) Muhammad Javad Ishaq, the meeting was attended by various police officials, including DSP Arbab Naeem Haider, SHO Mathra Inspector Masood Khan, and SHO Machni Gate Abdullah Jalal Khan.
SP Ismail assured the public that the protection of life and property is their top priority, and all available resources are being utilized to achieve this goal. He highlighted successful operations against criminals in the division and the establishment of checkpoints and barriers in various areas.
The police have also increased patrols and eagle squads in most areas to maintain peace and curb crime and drug trafficking, particularly against ice drug sellers.
The public meeting was part of a larger outreach campaign by the Peshawar Police to engage with the community and address their concerns.
