Paramedical schools of Balochistan to be recognized with Allied Health Council Pakistan

QUETTA: The paramedical schools operating in Balochistan would be recognized with the Allied Health Council Pakistan.
The decision to this effect was made in the meeting of the Secretary Allied Health Council Ibrar Rafiq with the Secretary Health, Abdullah Khan here on Saturday.
Also present in the me were the Additional Secretary Health, Abdul Hameed Zehri, Chief Planning Officer, Abdul Rasool Zehri, Divisional Director Quetta, Dr. Lubna, Assistant Secretary Balochistan Medical Faculty Board, Asad Ali and other concerned officials.
It was also decided to upgrade the Medical Faculty Examination Board to Allied Examination Board besides giving status of college to the Multipurpose School.
Addressing the meeting, Secretary said that the courses would be increased for upgrading the Multipurpose School as College.
He stressed the need to promote the allied health professional services in the province.
