PAKISTANI STUDENTS AT HARVARD UNIVERSITY SHINING A LIGHT ON THEIR COUNTRY, YOUTH HOLD THE KEY TO NATIONAL PROGRESS – AHSEN IQBAL

Islamabad: Aug. 22 A delegation of 10 Pakistani students enrolled in the MBA program at Harvard University met with Federal Minister for Planning Ahsen Iqbal. The students have experience working with renowned companies in Pakistan and abroad.

Member Social Sector Rafiullah Kakar briefed the students on the ministry’s affairs, stating that the Ministry of Planning is the sole center for all development planning in the Government of Pakistan.

During the meeting, Ahsen Iqbal told the students, “You are the future stars of Pakistan, and universities like Harvard seek out future leaders. The doors of the public sector in Pakistan are always open for young people like you.” Ahsen Iqbal shared his political career and key policies with the students, recalling his 1983 enrollment at the University of Pennsylvania’s Business School with the determination to one day work for the people of Pakistan.
