(Independent Report ) Peshwar. Aug. 05
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Minister for Food, Zahoor Shah Toru, strongly condemned India’s illegal occupation and revocation of Kashmir’s special status. He praised the Kashmiri people’s struggle and sacrifices against Indian oppression. Toru said that since August 5, 2019, India has continuously violated international laws and trampled on the rights of the Kashmiri people by revoking Kashmir’s special status.
In a statement issued from his office on the occasion of Kashmir Exploitation Day, Toru said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has always supported the Kashmiris’ right to self-determination. He emphasized that Kashmir is the lifeline of Pakistan and that they will not leave the Kashmiri people alone under any circumstances.
The Minister for Food appealed to the international community to take notice of the ongoing human rights violations in Kashmir and pressure India to end its illegal occupation.
